It is always a delight to see Dawn French and Emilia Fox back on our screens in Delicious. After two incredible series, they are back in their third outing, which sees them working to keep the hotel up and running in a world of madness.

Stepping into Penrose Hotel, the show sees Sam (Fox) and Gina (French) host a charity event at the establishment. Still uncertain about the status of their friendship, the event comes at a time when the pair don’t know what they want to do about the future of the hotel. Especially when harmony doesn’t look like it is going to last between them. Or the people they face every day when a new face threatens the pair's relationship even more.

Both thrilling and funny, the third season of Delicious is a warm mixture of pure delight. There are times when you want to change everything about the pair, but moments where everything feels right. It is a true British TV classic that is led with superb talent from French and Fox. A twosome who have become iconic in their ways as these two faces.

A downside to the third season is the fact that it is only four episodes long. All good things come to an end quickly and this show is one of them with its short seasons. This is a true winter delight that will get you through the cold winter months.
