Heat Holders Are The Perfect Blankets For A Film Night In!

Good Evening Lovelies,

If like me you will be spending this Saturday curled up with a good film, TV show or having the ultimate Netflix binge, and whilst doing this the most important thing for me is comfort.

I have to feel snug and cosy, as it is the middle of winter for some reason and so I need a duvet/blanket, jumper and a cup of tea to make sure everything is perfect. So, when I got an email telling me about a duvet day game changer, I was quick to say yes to trying it out, for this very reason. I mean someone has to lovelies aha!

Known as Heat Holders, the blankets are made by the same people behind the world’s warmest sock and come in a range of colours including Snow Fall, Moon Rock and Hot Chocolate, meaning they fit all room types. Plus they have the perfect Christmas names to match the season they would partner perfectly with. However, don’t worry if you are looking for a brighter colour to match your room all year round, they have them too in sixteen different shades including Gold Dust, Copper, Cranberry, Dusty Pink and Olive.

Upon arriving at my house, I was pleasantly surprised to find them looking like they had already been gift wrapped, as they had a pretty ribbon holding it all together in a shape that would make it easy to wrap.  Another great reason that this could be a gift at Christmas or for someone looking for a blanket.

After a lot of worrying about ruining the look of the blanket, I finally unwrapped the blanket to find it to be absolutely massive. A winner for me, because I like to wrap myself up like a worm and then jump back on the sofa with it on. Literally, everything has to be covered up for me to be comfy.

Once I was seated and ready, I waited for the warm feeling to take over. And by chum did it lovelies! With a tog rating of 1.4, the blanket traps in all the heat meaning that you stay warm throughout using it. It is the same tog as many summer duvets, but it is easier to store and not so drippy, which is great in our house, as my mum has a bit of a thing about duvets in our living room.

Using the blanket I found myself so comfy that I didn’t want to move, In fact, I am having weird daydreams about going home and snuggling in it again when at work. The blanket is a thing of cosy dreams lovelies.

Priced at £24.99, it is also cheaper than some summer duvets and can be packed easily to go on holidays and trips also. I am going to be certain to tell everyone about it.  This blanket has definitely won itself a place on the blog’s Christmas Gift Guide this year lovelies!
