GOTHAM SEASON TWO DVD REVIEW...

20:09:00

Good Morning Lovelies,

Now I am going to admit that I hadn't seen season one of Gotham before I headed straight into season two. I had seen clips, random episodes and knew who was in the show but I wasn't sure what to expect in the second season.

Gotham is an inside look at the figures and people who make up the DC city comics. Following James Gordon and the heroes and villains who run around the city, the shows second season seems to be the place to start.

While you have to pick up things from the first season, the second season is pure grit. Pure action and pure fun for the DC fan. It is a place where you can forget about Batman V Superman and see the true figures that shine in the DC world.

Ben McKenzie, who I had witnessed in the first season, is a lot more fast paced in this. His character has his eye on the price and he knows what he is going to do to get there. No one is going to test him or put him in his place when he is looking for the villains.

However the real hero in the cast is Robin Taylor who plays Penguin. He is a true matriarch of the figure and his mayhem in season two is on a whole other level to previous action from him. He keeps up a level and a high level of that of menacing villainous goodness for the viewer.

Overall the show is a place that will keep DC fans going until the next film. It is a show that deserves to be binge watched and the characters deserve to be appreciated.

That is why I am giving them...
