Who do you consider to be your role model? Is it a famous actress? A sportswoman? Someone personal to you? In a new poll by E45, the company have found who are the most inspirational females in the UK, with confidence, self-belief and kindness topping the list of reasons why.

With only 55% of us ladies feeling strong, confident and empowered every day, it has been uncovered that 69% believe this is due to the lack of female leaders in society, leading to over four in five women wishing that there was more being done to help us ladies. Including complimenting each other and spreading positivity.

As someone who also wants this, I wanted to share E45’s new campaign, Straight Up Women, with you all to help share kindness and support around the world lovelies. Starting with this amazing new image showing which stars topped each list…
