The Villainess DVD Review

07:00:00

Good Morning Lovelies,

Much like the scenes in Kill Bill, The Villainess portrays one woman's fight for revenge in stunning action sequences and out of this world moves.

Following a young woman, as she tries to get revenge for the death of her father, the film explores the world of excess and action in a new direction. Whilst it is very similar to the previously mentioned film, the story is a great action packed clip after clip exploration of a fight well written.

Each scene has an emotion that matches the fight happening on screen and without this it just wouldn't work. The creators have made sure that there film is a stand out because of this inclusion and hopefully audiences will appreciate it.

Whilst it doesn't build tension as well as the others, for a stand-alone film, The Villainess brings a fresh inside look into South Korean cinema that we haven't seen much of in recent years.

There so I am giving it...

3 Stars
