Your Taking The Biscuit With These Films And Mad Beauty's New Collection!

Good Morning Lovelies,

There is nothing better in the world than sitting down on the sofa after a long day with a cup of tea and biscuits. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t agree with this lovely. It is a comfort that so many of us enjoy.

So when I saw this collection celebrating the classic biscuits that are in every British person’s biscuit tin, I had to feature them on the blog. And Mad Beauty was lovely enough to let me sample the items.

I thought I would do something a little different lovelies and assign biscuits to a film. From the comfort of a Custard Cream to the craziness of a Party Ring, these films match the look, love and flavour of these classic treats...

Jammy Dodger and Alice in Wonderland: With the perfect heart in the middle of the biscuit, these would definitely be biscuits enjoyed by the Queen of Hearts. This is the chance to sit back on your throne (don’t make a toilet joke aha!) and enjoy this sweet jam filled treat.

Custard Cream and The Young Victoria: These biscuits were made during the Victorian era and so it only seems right that we celebrate one of the best biscuits ever invented by giving it the royal film treatment lovelies.

Bourbon and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory: This chocolate treat would be the perfect match for this classic film. You will be falling into a chocolate heaven as you sit back and enjoy this film with a biscuit or two.

Chocolate Digestive and Bridesmaids: I imagine that someone in the McVitie’s factory one day had a moment like Kristen Wiig’s character and just threw chocolate on a biscuit (instead of out of a fountain, but you never know) and this is why I am pairing these two beauties together.

Pink Wafer and Pink Panther: On the packet of these biscuits, the main character even stars on it, so it only seemed right to put the classic film with this pink piece of perfection. Although, I could imagine that these are the biscuits Lady Penelope from Thunderbirds would enjoy. You choose lovelies.

Party Rings and The Wolf of Wall Street: The biggest party to reach our screens in a long time, the first connection I made to this biscuit is the dancing scenes involving Leonardo DiCaprio in this film! Party on with these biscuits and good old Leo.
