2017 has begun and as the middle of January sets in and many of us struggle to keep our New Year, New You pledges, I wanted to see how you were all getting on? Have you stuck to it? Well, don’t worry whatever the case is, I have a great feature that will make you smile, laugh and have a great time. Perfect if your resolution was to laugh more.

The films below are a few films that are the perfect heart-warming, funny and comedic film to start your new year and new you with a lot of laughs. Just make sure you don’t injure yourself from laughing too much...

Private Benjamin: Starring Goldie Hawn, this comedy shows one woman decide to make a change to her life as she joins the army to get over a breakup. Ladies if you ever need a film to not only make you laugh and smile but also show off girl power, then it is this one. Grab your friends and get watching!

Witches of Eastwick: With three amazing leading ladies, this is a film that will raise your spirits instantly with their adventurous antics. Cher, Michelle Pfeiffer and Susan Sarandon are sure to bring a smile to your face this year!

The Wedding Singer: Growing up this was the film that my brothers made me watch a lot. It would make us all laugh and I think it made everyone appreciate the singers at weddings a lot more. With a great cast including Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, the film is sure to make you laugh a lot more in 2017!

Blended: Pairing Barrymore and Sandler together again, this film is sure to make the whole family laugh as you see the antics of the two families on screen come together. When their holiday of a lifetime becomes troubled, they make sure that the laughs continue both on and off screen. Something that is sure to make you laugh this year!

How to Be Single: This is one to laugh at with your single friends. Rebel Wilson and Dakota Johnson have fans laughing with their single antics around New York. When I finally get to go and see my best friend Tessa in New York, we will be acting out some of the funny moments in this film I am sure, because I want to dance the night away on the roof of a building in New York whilst laughing with her!
