Batman: Return of the Caped Crusader DVD Review

I wasn’t old enough to watch Batman and Robin when they were first on TV, but after growing up with an epic Christian Bale, I have learned to love him (Sorry Ben!). However, over the past week I was sent the latest adventure for him and Robin to review, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusader.
Going back to the 1960s, the film sees the two heroes take on The Penguin, The Joker, Riddler and Catwoman as they try to destroy Gotham City. If you watched the original show then you are in for a treat, because the characters are voiced by those who use to voice them way back when.
It is a homage to the old films/shows. There is no denying that this is the main reason that the film has come back. Sadly I also feel like it may be because of the way in which the latest film showed the hero, who Affleck plays well but is let down by the screen with.
This is a film that has been created to restore the faith in many people and with the classic look, lines and plot sequences it sure does just that.
Which is why I am giving it...
