Dr. Strange DVD Review07:00:00
With only a few weeks to go until the release of Dr. Strange, audiences are about to be introduced to a new Marvel superhero. However, in 1978 the character was brought to life on screen. Stan Lee watched over it and the TV production was a hit at the time.
Now as it is released for the first time on DVD, the show sees Stephen Hooton, Jessica Walter, Morgan Le Fay and John Mills take on the characters that are about to be huge. As a starting point for the new film, the 70s classic shows audience where the story may go, what the character is like and how the story is being changed to be placed on screen.
While it is hard to draw comparisons yet, the cast have made sure that there are some big shoes to fill. Especially when the TV film was looked over by Stan Lee. It is a great feeling when watching knowing that the characters were helped to be brought to life by him.
It makes the show/film a lot stronger and it makes the adventures on screen stand out. The TV film will always be the first and the new one must follow it well, with this release happening so near to its own.
Overall I am giving the film...
