SEPTEMBERS OF SHIRAZ DVD REVIEW...

Good Morning Lovelies,
A few weeks ago I was asked if I would like to review the
film, Septembers of Shiraz, starring Adrien Brody and Salma Hayek. And of
course I said yes!
From Lionsgate, the film follows a family as they journey
through the Islamic revolution in Iran. The story is a hard hitting portrayal
of their struggles and the obstacles that live throws at them that at times
makes it hard to watch.
Brody and Hayek give compelling performances, especially
within the family dynamic, which make for great viewing. The story is original
and the 70s atmosphere is portrayed in a completely different way to what the
film industry has seen of it before.
There is an honesty about the plot that makes it compelling.
Viewers will not be able to think of anything else throughout and it leaves you
thinking for hours afterwards.
There so I am giving it…
