And how is your Monday going so far? Well I hope! I am back and with some very happy news to share with you all lovelies, because Lionsgate have announced something very exciting about their new film ‘Eddie the Eagle’. 

After being released last week lovelies, the film have made over £2.8million since and is now the biggest opening British film since ‘Spectre’ last year lovelies. It failed to miss the top spot in fact by only one place, as ‘Batman vs Superman’ took it. 

Speaking about the success, Zygi Kamasa, CEO of Lionsgate’s European office said, “This charming, funny and empowering film proved to be a crowd pleaser just like Eddie Edwards was at the Olympics in 1988. The opening results show that Eddie the Eagle touched UK cinema goers hearts, provided an entertaining watch for the whole family and was a highly recommended visit to the cinema.”
