Good Morning Lovelies,

In a few days’ time we will have the winners of the BAFTAs in our hearts and heads, leading us on to the big night, the OSCARs! And if Leo doesn’t win I will be very upset aha!

However I have full trust in the BAFTAs, especially when it announces such fine members of the film world will be attending the show on Sunday. I so wish I was going lovelies!

Taking to the ceremony and red carpet will be Aaron Sorkin, Adam McKay, Alejandro G. Iñárritu, Alex Garland, Alicia Vikander, Asif Kapadia, Bel Powley, Benicio Del Toro, Bryan Cranston, Cate Blanchett, Christian Bale, Dakota Johnson, Eddie Redmayne, Idris Elba, John Boyega, Julie Walters, Hou Hsiao-Hsien,Kate Winslet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Maggie Smith, Mark Ruffalo, Matt Damon, Michael Fassbender, Rooney Mara, Saoirse Ronan, Steven Spielberg, Taron Egerton, Todd Haynes and Tom Hooper.

While the awards will be presented by the likes of, Adewale Akinnuoye Agbaje, Angela Bassett, Domhnall Gleeson, Cuba Gooding Jr, Douglas Booth, Emilia Clarke, Jack O’Connell, Julianne Moore, Matt Smith, Rebel Wilson, Riz Ahmed, Sacha Baron Cohen, Stanley Tucci, Will Poulter and Sonoya Mizuno.

Unfortunately though Sir Sidney Poitier will be unable to collect his fellowship award, due to health issues causing him to be unable to travel. Hopefully he can celebrate his award in style wherever he is as he definitely deserves it!
