Now I have some more exciting release news for all of you to enjoy and this time it comes from the brilliant Lionsgate UK, who have announced some horror film releases are on the way! 

On the 5th October digitally and on DVD and Blu-ray from the 19th October, the brand new film from David Gelb, ‘The Lazarus Effect’ will be out! 

Starring Olivia Wilde, Mark Duplass, Evan Peters, Donald Glover and Sarah Bolger, the film follows a medical researcher, her fiancée and her team, as they decide to bring the dead back to life, after successful doing so on a lifeless animal. 

As they prepare to show the whole world their new plans, the dean working with them decides to stop them from doing so, causing a horrific incident to take place killing the researcher. Deciding to use her tests to bring her back to life, her fiancée manages to do so, but there are some consequences involved from doing so.
