Hey Lovelies,

After such a hugely successful race at the box office lovelies, ‘Fast and Furious 7’ will be coming into our homes on the 7th September lovelies! And to celebrate the upcoming release I have pulled together a number of facts about the film franchise to celebrate lovelies!

On Your Marks, Get Set, Enjoy lovelies…

1. Many Big Names Were Considered For Roles Within The Film: Stars such as Denzel Washington, Halle Berry, Taylor Lautner and Deepika Padukone were considered for roles within the films, however due to schedule conflicts many were unable to feature within the film and Washington turned down his role, which was later given to Kurt Russell.

2. However This Star Would Like To Be In The Series: She has played the Queen and many iconic film figures, but Dame Helen Mirren’s dream is to be in the franchise, as it has previously been stated by sources that she would like to be in the films.

3. The Film Was Scheduled Before Others In The Franchise: Before the previous film, ‘Fast & Furious 6’ was out in cinemas, it was announced that the seven film would be coming out and it seems as though a pattern is following as Vin Diesel suggested that more films were coming before the seventh film was announced.

4. It Was Time To Race Again: Since the first film, the franchise has stayed away from the Race Wars scenes, until ‘Fast & Franchise 7’ when they decided to go back to the tracks.

5. And Herbie May Be Joining Them: During a certain scene in the film, a huge Easter egg is revealed, as they featured the car during the junkyard scene, highlighting that the two series are joined together.

6. However It May Not Want To Be In It For Long: Over 230 cars were destroyed during the making of the film, although many of them were cars sourced from junk yards, to help save on money during filming.

7. They Could Go To A Familiar Hospital Though: During the scenes in which Hobb’s is recovering in hospital, it has been spotted that the hospital has the same names as the one in the hit show ‘Scrubs’ which is Sacred Heart Hospital.

8. Finally It’s Time To Go Back In Time: The film is in fact the sequel to ‘The Fast and the Furious; Tokyo Drift’, as the previous three films were prequels to the film. You might need to have a little re-watch before watching the sequel.

Catch the film on DVD, Blu-ray and digitally from the 7th September lovelies!
