Just when I have released some film release news into the world, the film world releases more, which I love! It is a world that just never sleeps and it definitely won’t with the release of this new TV series! 

As 20th Century Fox have announced that they will be releasing ‘Wayward Pines’, a brand new drama starring Matt Dillion, on DVD from the 17th August! 

Starring Melissa Leo, Terrence Howard, Carla Guigno, Toby Jones, Hope Davis, Juliette Lewis, Reed Diamond, Shannyn Sosaamon and with a pilot directed by M.Night Shyamalan, the 10 episodes follow a secret service agent, as he arrives in Wayward Pines to try and find two missing agents. 

However the further he goes into his investigation, the more questions start arising and he is left wondering what is really wrong with the town. As well as questioning what is wrong with him, as he finds his past and his relationship with his wife and children changing, because of the fear he has built that he may not be leaving the town and the mysterious people who live in it behind.
