Hey Lovelies, 

Did any of you catch the ‘Arctic Monkey’ reference in the last post? Don’t go back and look aha! Only joking, I just thought it was a bit of fun, as I am currently kicking back with my chilled out playlist, which had a cover version of that song on it. 

And the reason in which I am so calm at the moment isn’t just this though, oh no! It is also because I am going to share with you all the best news of the day right now! That’s right the release news post has arrived and it features some big cinematic and home releases! 

So let’s begin with the latest cinematic release from Arrow Films, who have announced that they will be releasing ‘Accidental Love’ in cinemas on the 19th June, digitally on the 6th July and on DVD from the 20th July lovelies! 

Directed by David O’Russell and starring Jessica Biel, James Marsden, Catherine Keener and Jake Gyllenhaal, the film follows Alice, a roller-skating waitress who is about to become engaged to her long term boyfriend, until she is shot in the head with a nail gun, that she is unable to get removed due to not having any health insurance. 

Her accident causes her behaviour to change and her fiancé decides that he has had a change of heart, so Alice decides to head to Washington where she meets Congressman Howard Birdwell. Upon meeting he decides to help her with her health care bill and the pair begins to fall for each other. 



The next release comes from Entertainment One, who have announced that Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut, ‘Lost River’ will be out on DVD from the 1st June! I am desperate to see this film!
