It has come to that time of the day where we or I eat lunch like a world record eater aha and enjoy the #Filmfriday release news, which is coming from Metrodome and Arrow Films today! 

Let’s start with Arrow Films, who have announced that they will be releasing ‘Island of Death’ on Blu-ray for the first time ever on the 25th May! 

In a brand new 2K edition, the film has been approved by the director to be released again with a number of special features including featurettes, interviews, the films soundtrack, a five-part documentary, trailers and new artwork. 


And from Metrodome, the company have announced that they will be releasing ‘Housebound’, starring Morgana O’Reilly, Rima Te Wiata and Glen-Paul Waru on DVD from the 20th July lovelies! 

Following Kylie Bucknell, the film sees her moving out of the home in which she grew up after the court ask her to move, and finds that the worst is still to come, as she has to move back in with her mum. To the house in which her mum thinks is haunted. 

Kylie doesn’t believe her, until she hears the unsettling whispers and noises in the night, that cause her imagination to run wild as she seeks to find the truth or find out if it is a real ghost.
